The festival will run for eight days from Friday, October 14 to Friday, October 20, with programs, panel discussions, and other events at Cooper Union, The American Museum of Natural History, New School, the New York Hall of Science, the Rubin Museum, Made in NY Media Center, Bowery Poetry Club, the Morbid Anatomy Museum, Spectacle Theater, BioBase, NYU, and Rockefeller University. We hope you'll be able to join us.
First, though, we need a few items from you.
Please complete the confirmation form
below and submit stills
electronically by September 16
as we plan to have the full program live on our web site by the end of the week. All video files should be received no later than September 23
Video Specifications: We require two versions — ProRes
(native, for the festival) and H264
(compressed, for the jury). .MOV
format is preferred for both.
Please submit video files using a file share of choice (such as WeTransfer, MyAirBridge, Google Drive, or DropBox) or through FTP by request. If the files are too large, email us for info on how to send us hard drive or USB.
Please send two high res stills (minimum 300dpi), and any further questions, to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once again, congratulations, and we very much look forward to screening your film this year.
