Our partnerships invite a wide audience to engage in the scientific process — a process defined by curiosity, contingent upon asking questions, and informed by reliable evidence — to find solutions to everyday problems. Funded projects include film and other media productions, informal education experiences, live science events and awareness campaigns.

Our funding criteria reflect our belief in the positive effects of infusing the culture with scientific thinking. We seek grantees who bring science to the people, tell science stories in innovative ways, and make science relevant to everyday life

On the first Thursday of every month, enjoy issue selections which complement newsworthy science by proposing a surgically curated online festival. From documentary to fiction to lab footage, LaboCine hopes to always challenge the way you understand, interpret and appreciate scientific ideas and perspectives.

500 Women Scientists works to build communities and foster real change that comes from small groups, not large crowds. Our Local Pods help create those deep roots through strong, personal relationships. Local Pods are where members meet regularly, develop a support network, make strategic plans, and take action. Pods focus on issues that resonate in their communities, rooted in our mission and values.

PARISCIENCE is a film festival which crosses science with cinema to shed light on the evolution of the various scientific disciplines and their impact on society.Each year, the festival showcases the very best of French and international science-themed films. Many of the films have never been shown on French television.The festival runs for 6 days in early October and is held at the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle in Paris. It is organised by the Association Science & Télévision (AST), a collective of independent production companies working to promote science on television and developing relationships between the audiovisual sector and the scientific world.

Lifespan.io is a project of the Life Extension Advocacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting healthy human lifespan through fiscally sponsoring longevity research projects and raising awareness regarding the societal benefits of healthy life extension.

In 2015, we launched Lifespan.io, the first nonprofit crowdfunding platform focused on the biomedical research of aging. We believe that this will enable the general public to influence the pace of research directly.
